that mold was a one-time throw away mold made of plaster. For another helmet I have to make a complete new model and mold, sorry

Its sculped in clay and molded. Than cast in resin with layers of fibreglass to reinforce.

No from germany, but a fellow of mine wear that helmet on a larpevent in the czech republic this year
